All our items and Abayas are hand stitched and carefully checked before shipping, therefore we do not offer refunds unless the items were received damaged or faulty.

However we're here to help by offering exchanges within 7 days after receiving the order. After the 7 days we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange.

Please be sure to check our size chart before placing an order.
